Each year we work with over 1,300 young people aged 11–25 and our employees play a pivotal role in empowering young people and preventing homelessness.

WHAT WOULD A STEP BY STEP FOSTERING SUPERVISING SOCIAL WORKER BE DOING?

As a Fostering Supervising Social Worker you will build and maintain effective relationships with children and families. Provide evidence-based support that has a positive impact on the lives of children and families whilst carry out assessments to identify needs and risks.

WHAT IS STEP BY STEP LOOKING FOR?

  • Step by Step is interested in employing people with the right skills and attitude. We would love to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Qualified Social Worker. There is training provided on Form F.
  • As we follow the safer recruitment guidelines applicants are required to complete a short online application form.
  • Interviews will be held on Friday 17th May in Crimea Road, Aldershot.
  • Successful applicants are required to undergo DBS checks and must provide two references.
